1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EarnLoop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EarnLoop is a mobile application that allows users to earn credits by watching advertisements, completing daily check-ins, and participating in educational activities. Credits can be redeemed for rewards within the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (date of birth verification required at signup)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• If you are between 13 and 17, you have your parent/guardian's permission

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Credits and Rewards

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Credits are earned by completing activities within the App
• We reserve the right to modify credit values and rewards at any time
• Credits may expire if your account is inactive for 12 months
• We may revoke credits obtained through fraudulent means

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the rewards system
• Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Manipulate or exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

7. Fraud Prevention

We employ various fraud detection measures. If we detect suspicious activity, we may suspend or terminate your account and revoke any earned credits without notice.

8. Advertising & Data Processing

The App displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

We work with advertising technology partners including adjoe GmbH (An der Alster 42, 20099 Hamburg, Germany), Google AdMob, CPX Research, and Revenue Universe (RevU). By using the App and consenting to data processing during registration, you acknowledge that these partners may collect and process device information, advertising identifiers, installed app data, and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may limit ad tracking through your device settings. On iOS 14.5+, you will be prompted via App Tracking Transparency before any cross-app tracking occurs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by EarnLoop and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES OR FREE FROM ERRORS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARNLOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
