adjoe GmbH

We use adjoe's technology to deliver advertising content. When you interact with adjoe-powered features, adjoe may collect the following data on our behalf:

• Device type, model, browser type, language, and operating system
• IP address (used for approximate location and retained for logging for 7 days)
• Network connection type
• Mobile advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA or Google GAID) — only with your consent
• Information about our app (package name, version)
• All installed apps on your device and the time spent using them — this is used to reward you for trying new apps
• Non-precise device location based on IP address

adjoe uses this data to serve relevant ads, produce performance reports, improve advertising performance, detect fraud, and reward users for engaging with advertised apps. adjoe processes data on servers operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.

CPX Research

We partner with CPX Research to offer optional surveys. When you choose to complete surveys, CPX Research may collect device and response data. Participation is entirely voluntary.

Revenue Universe (RevU)

We partner with Revenue Universe to offer optional offers and tasks. When you choose to complete offers, RevU may collect device and activity data. Participation is entirely voluntary.

6. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before tracking your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. This tracking helps us:

• Show you more relevant advertisements
• Measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns
• Improve our services based on usage patterns

You can change your tracking preferences at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you choose not to allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to your interests.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@earnloop.app.

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We require all users to confirm they are at least 13 years old during account registration. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data.

Users between 13 and 17 years of age should review this Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian. Our advertising partners, including adjoe, also comply with COPPA requirements and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
